New Hyundai i30 Announced for UK

Style, efficiency and comfort are apparently on offer to buyers of the new Hyundai i30 which was revealed recently for markets in the UK. With its on-the-road prices starting at £14,495, this car is said to hold competitive prices across the segment, while also offering many standard specifications.

The five-door i30 hatchback will be offered in four trim levels – Classic, Active, Style and Style Nav. Consumers will also be able to choose between a petrol or a diesel engine, including Hyundai’s 1.6-litre diesel unit which supposedly emits less than 100g/km of CO2. Five different engine outputs will also be on offer, with choices for manual or automatic transmissions. All 1.6 CRDi manual models of the the new Hyundai i30 will come equipped with the Blue Drive technology.

Standard features on this ride include voice-activated Bluetooth, LED daytime running lights, a multi-function steering wheel, electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors as well as one-touch indicators. Moreover, safety systems like Vehicle Stability Management, Emergency Stop Signal and Hill-start Assist Control are also available with the new i30.

The Active trim level of this car offers 15-inch alloys, cruise control, rear parking sensors and Hyundai’s new Flex Steer system, while the Style models come with 16-inch alloys, dual zone climate control, front parking sensors, rain sensing wipers, cornering lights, automatic headlights, automatic de-fog system for front windscreen and electrically folding door mirrors with LED indicators. On the other hand, the Style Nav versions proffer drivers with a fully integrated touchscreen satellite navigation system and a rear view parking camera.

Pricing for the new Hyundai i30 starts at £14,495 and goes on till £20,795 for the highest trim.
