2013 Nissan GT-R Pricing Announced, Starts at $96,820

It is perhaps the various performance enhancements that have gone into the 2013 Nissan GT-R which have raised its price to $96,820. While its power gets increased to 545hp (from 530 hp), the car’s new torque reads 463lb-ft (from 448 lb-ft). A retuned suspension, standard RearView Monitor and a dry carbon fiber rear spoiler are some of the other upgrades that make their way into this ride.
This new version of the popular vehicle will be made available in two variants – the GT-R Premium and GT-R Black Edition. The latter will be doled out with a range of additional equipment such as lightweight black forged aluminum RAYS wheels, red and black interior, Recaro leather-appointed seats and a new dry carbon fiber rear spoiler.
The 2013 GT-R come equipped with a 3.8-liter twin turbo V6 engine which works in tandem with a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission. Having been built on the Premium Midship platform, this ride enables Nissan to make use of an independent rear transaxle ATTESA E-TS all-wheel drive system which places the transmission, transfer case and final drive at the rear of the vehicle so as to optimize weight distribution and handling.
Inside the car, an 11-speaker Bose sound system with speakers mounted in rigid aluminum die cast panels will be offered as standard. Moreover, additional standard equipment for the 2013 GT-R comprises a RearView Monitor, Nissan Navigation System with XM NavTraffic, Real-Time Traffic Information and NavWeather capabilities as well as Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System.
The 2013 Nissan GT-R can be booked now in the US at a price of $96,820. On the other hand, its GT-R Black Edition sells at $106,320.
